Yes! RanaWallet is completely free to download and use. There are no monthly subscriptions or

fees. You only pay the standard service charge and VAT on electricity purchases, which are set by the
electricity distribution companies.
If token generation fails for any reason, your wallet is automatically refunded immediately. The refund
is
atomic and happens within the same transaction — no need to contact support. You'll receive a
notification
confirming the refund.
We currently support all major electricity distribution companies (DisCos) in Nigeria through our RESCO
integration. This includes AEDC, BEDC, EEDC, EKEDC, IBEDC, IE, JED, KAEDCO, KEDCO, PHEDC, and YEDC.
If a token was not generated (transaction failed), your wallet is refunded automatically and instantly.
